Now Hiring: Program Director
Leadership Winston-Salem is seeking a thoughtful and experienced Program Director to lead the planning and execution of our nine-month Flagship Program—a transformative leadership experience for community leaders.
This full-time role calls for excellent soft skills—including communication, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and adaptability—along with strong abilities in adult learning, event planning, and volunteer engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, community-minded, and able to foster trust and connection across diverse groups.
Familiarity with Forsyth County’s civic landscape is a plus.
